Purchases

By making a purchase on www.lavieenrosecompany.com , customers understand that substitutions may be made based on seasonal availability of flowers or other unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances. Customer authorizes substitutions within a specific color palate. If necessary, at the designer’s discretion.

Sales Taxes

All purchases are in USD, no other exceptions allowed. All purchases are subject to Texas Sales Tax.

Cancellation

A written request for cancellation is required 24 hours prior to delivery. If eligible for cancellation, a 3% processing fee will be charged. Orders are not eligible to be cancelled or changed if items are out for delivery. No refunds. All items are considered Final Sale. Please check details carefully before submitting your order. 

Return Policy:

All orders made via La Vie en Rose Company are Final Sale. Care instructions will be included in each delivery. We are certain you will love your custom floral arrangement with continued opportunities to serve you.
